Do you sell lab-grown diamonds or just moissanite?

Both. We work in lab-grown diamond and moissanite. Custom pieces can be made in either, and every product page says exactly which stone a piece uses.

What is a lab-grown diamond?

A lab-grown diamond has the same chemical makeup, hardness and sparkle as a mined diamond. It's grown in a lab instead of mined from the earth, which makes it more affordable. We always call it a lab-grown diamond.

What is moissanite?

Moissanite is a lab-created gemstone made of silicon carbide. It's one of the hardest gemstones on earth (9.25 on the Mohs scale, just below diamond) and has even more fire than a diamond. Read our full Moissanite vs. Diamond guide.

Lab diamond or moissanite: which should I choose?

Choose lab-grown diamond if you want a stone that is physically and chemically the same as a mined diamond. Choose moissanite if you want maximum sparkle at a lower price. Not sure? Message us and we'll help you decide.

Is moissanite a fake diamond?

No. Moissanite is a real gemstone in its own right, not a diamond and not an imitation like cubic zirconia. We always sell moissanite as moissanite, never as diamond.

Will my stones get cloudy or lose their sparkle?

No. Lab-grown diamonds and moissanite don't cloud or change color over time. Like any gemstone they collect oils and lotion, so clean them regularly with warm water, mild soap and a soft brush.

Are any of your pieces made with other stones?

No. Our jewelry uses moissanite or lab-grown diamonds as listed on each product. We do not offer cubic zirconia (CZ) stones or brass jewelry.

Can I design my own piece?

Yes. We make custom rings, pendants and grills in lab-grown diamond or moissanite, in sterling silver or solid 10k, 14k and 18k gold. Request a personalized quote; materials, stone selection, design complexity and labor determine the final cost. You'll see a 3D preview before we make it, and payment plans are available. How do grillz work?

Request your grillz quote first. After discussing your design and fitting needs, Mar will guide you through the Grill Mold Kit process. It includes impression material, instructions and a return mailer, and Mar walks you through the impression on a short video fitting call. You approve the design, then we build your grill to your mold. Request a quote first so we can confirm your design, fitting requirements and timeline.

How is gold priced?

Gold pieces are priced by weight at the day's gold price, so quotes are valid for 7 days.

Metals and Care

Is your jewelry real silver and gold?

Our focus is 925 sterling silver and solid 10K, 14K or 18K gold, set with moissanite or lab-grown diamonds where specified. Some sterling silver pieces have a gold or rhodium finish; plating is identified separately from the base metal. Selected designs are available in platinum. We do not use brass or CZ. Check the selected product option for its exact metal and stones.

Will the plating wear off?

Plating holds up well to normal wear, but it can soften over time with heavy use. Take your jewelry off before swimming, showering, working out, or using lotion and perfume, and store pieces separately in a soft pouch or box.

Do your pieces come with a certificate?

Check the individual product listing for the grading report or certificate included with that exact piece. An IGI report is included where specified for a lab-grown diamond; moissanite documentation is identified separately. Contact us before ordering if you would like to confirm a report or certificate.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. Every piece is covered for 6 months against manufacturing defects, including loose or lost stones and broken settings or clasps from normal wear. Plating wear and accidental damage aren't covered. See our Return and Refund Policy for details.

How do I find my ring size?

Do you resize rings?

We don't offer resizing. If a ready-to-ship ring doesn't fit, return it unworn within 30 days and order the size you need.

Orders, Payment, Shipping and Returns

Can I pay over time?

Yes. Eligible orders can be split into 4 interest-free payments with Shop Pay Installments at checkout. Larger custom pieces can also be paid on a payment plan; ask us for details.

Is shipping free?

What is your return policy?

Ready-to-ship pieces can be returned unworn within 30 days of delivery. Custom pieces, grillz and made-to-order lab-grown diamond pieces are final sale. See our Return and Refund Policy for full details.
